European Union (EU)

Since July 1st, 2021, a European Union directive requiresthe application of VAT and certain import duties on parcelsshipped from countries outside the EU.

As Japan is not part of the European Union, shipments sent by Tokyo Snack Boxto EU countries are, in principle, subject to this regulation.

However, this does not affect our customers. If you live in the European Union, you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Tokyo Snack Box covers all applicable VAT and import-related charges at thetime of shipment, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free delivery.

United States (US)

U.S. customs regulations and import thresholds may change over time,including recent updates related to customs duties and processing rules.

These changes do not impact Tokyo Snack Box customers. All shipments to the United States are processed in compliance with current U.S. customs regulations.

You will not be asked to pay any customs duties or import fees upon delivery.The price paid at checkout is the final price.

Other Countries (UK, Switzerland & International Orders)

For customers located outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland, no additional customs or import fees are requiredupon delivery.

Tokyo Snack Box handles all applicable export and import-related formalities whenever required.
