If your inquiry concerns the location of your parcel, please first track its progress using the tracking number you received by email. We do not have any additional information beyond what is provided by the carrier and we cannot expedite delivery.

As stated on the homepage, we recommend placing your order before November 29 for delivery before Christmas, and before December 4 for delivery before New Year.

You will find below the current deadlines for parcels ordered in November/December 2025. These dates are provided as a guideline and may vary due to postal fluctuations typical of the end of the year.
