Tokyo Snack Box offers several subscription plans (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). All subscriptions are prepaid and not automatically renewable. No recurring charges will be made without your explicit consent.

17. Customs duties
International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. By default, Tokyo Snack Box does not refund any of these fees.
18. Returns and exchanges
For hygiene and food safety reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted, except in the case of our error. Any claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
