If you're reading this page, you're probably wondering if you'll incur any additional shipping charges. 

The answer is no.

Since July 1st, 2021, following a European Union directive, VAT and customs fees are added when importing packages from countries outside the EU zone.

If you remember your geography classes, Japan is not in the EU. Our snack boxes are therefore subject to this new law, when sending to European customers.

For you, inhabitants of the EU, it does not change anything. You won't pay a penny more.
Same thing if you live in a country outside the European Union European (UK, Switzerland, etc...).

For Tokyo Snack Box, this means that we have to pay a supplement when shipping the boxes, in order to cover these VAT and customs costs.
