In accordance with applicable consumer protection rules, cancellation, return, and withdrawal requests are processed based on the type of product and the status of the order.

Cancellation Before Shipping

If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, you can request its cancellation by contacting us at:

Please indicate:

  • your order number;
  • the email address used when placing the order.

We will do our best to process your request before your package is prepared. Once the order is prepared or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Orders Already Prepared or Shipped

Our orders may contain different types of products, including food products and collectible items such as Pokémon cards.

1) Food Products

Our Tokyo Snack Box contains selected food products packaged for shipping.

Once the order is prepared or shipped, food products may be excluded from the right of return due to their nature, particularly for reasons related to food safety, hygiene, and product preservation.

2) Collectible Items and Non-Food Products

For non-food items (such as Pokémon cards), a right of withdrawal may apply in accordance with applicable consumer rules.

Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order when this right is applicable.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with their packaging intact.

Unsealed, opened, damaged, or items that have lost their original condition may not be eligible for return or refund.

Please contact us before any return so that we can verify the eligibility of your request.

Damaged Products or Order Errors

If your package arrives damaged, if a product is missing, or if an error was made during the preparation of your order, please contact us with your order number and photos of the package so that we can review the situation.

Subscriptions

For subscriptions, you can cancel future shipments according to the terms indicated in your customer area or by contacting us before the preparation of the next order.

Once a subscription box has been prepared or shipped, the rules applicable to shipped orders apply.
