Before launching the Pocky, the Glico brand already sold Pretz, from 1963, sticks with salty flavors, such as these with butter and shoyu sauce. In other words, the Pretz are the savory versions of the Japanese Pocky. Instead of being covered with (chocolate) frosting, these pretzel-like snacks are sprinkled with spices and other seasonings.

The package contains 100 sticks, divided into 2 individual packs, which makes it easy to carry and share.
