The shipping insurance does not cover:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
Parcels that are refused or not collected by the recipient
Parcels marked as delivered by the carrier, unless objective evidence proves a carrier error
Delivery delays
Customs holds, seizures, or destruction by authorities

Any claim must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
A replacement or compensation is issued only after official confirmationof loss or theft from the carrier.

Tokyo Snack Box takes out this insurance with its logistics partners on behalf of the customer. In the absence of package insurance subscription, no refund or compensation can be claimed in case of loss, theft, or non-receipt of the package, as long as it has been handed over to the carrier.
