A small town in Shizuoka Prefecture, Matsuzaki, has been overrun by a horde of zombies.
A chilling YouTube video has emerged that shows a man, Kanemasu, recounting his encounter with zombies and ways to escape them. He says that the city is completely blocked by zombies and, at the end of the video, we see him succumbing to a bite on the shoulder and transforming himself.
In reality, it is a promotional campaign for the annual “zombie camp” organized by the city and its inhabitants, who embody the zombies.
This event dates from 2014 and the city hopes to attract many tourists with this video. The arrival of the latter would notably make it possible to curb the number of wild boars and deer. Indeed, the latter damage the leaves of mochi sakura, the main export product of the region.
Here is an excerpt from the video:
The artistic collective teamLab is present in the Kairakuen garden.
One of the most charming and attractive places in Japan, thanks in particular to its 3,000 plum trees of 100 different varieties, hosts a marvelous exhibition.
TeamLab presents the landscape with a play of lights that highlights the many plum trees and the high season of the garden.
This year, the garden is transformed into an interactive art space, which constantly moves and changes according to the number of people passing through it. The exhibition is held in conjunction with the annual Mito Plum Blossom Festival, one of Japan's biggest events.
The exhibition takes place in the evening at a price of 1,800 yen (14 euros) for adults, 800 yen (6 euros) for students 18 or under, and free admission for children under 13.
A glimpse of the splendor of the show is present on this video:>
The anti-piracy mascots Camera Man and Patrol Lamp Man have captured the hearts of the Japanese so much that they become models.
Initially, these mascots, one with a camera on his head, the other with a police siren, warned people not to record feature films in cinemas. Thus, the policeman and the thief caught the eye of many people, including the fashion brand The Shop TK, which recruited them to present its line of spring clothing GO MORE Setup.
These two characters are a perfect way to showcase the different styles of the company: classic, urban, pop, playstyle and relaxed.
